Founder, Hatch Analytics
Monica Parker brings to the table a vast knowledge of navigating and communicating organisational change. An international speaker and presenter, she is a regular blogger for The Huffington Post and has appeared on BBC Worldwide as an authority on workplace strategy.
Beginning her career as a museum exhibition designer for the Wolfsonian-FIU in Miami Beach, she has a solid foundation of people-centred design. Her work as a homicide investigator defending death row inmates for Florida’s Department of Justice gave her a more intimate appreciation of the impact of environment on mental health and behaviour.
Parker studied design at the University of Miami and received her MSc (distinction) in sustainable management from Queen’s University Belfast, with a specialism in predictive behaviour in the workplace.
Previous clients have include most of the FTSE 100, as well as hyper-growth tech giants such as LinkedIn, Google and Microsoft. Her role at Hatch is to help clients challenge their notion of the status quo, and see the performance benefits of workplace transformation.
