Project architect, Bank of Ireland
Sarah Tully is a project architect with Bank of Ireland (BOI) – a role dedicated to developing and executing innovative employee engagement initiatives, ensuring the strategic optimisation of BOI’s people agenda. In addition, she manages cross-functional specialist project scrums. With a research speciality in creative pedagogy and a background in education and the arts, Tully’s focus is on advancing new environments and paradigms for learning.
Over her 15-year career, Tully has worked with a broad range of educational, business, community and creative public and private sector organisations, including: Trinity College Dublin (TCD), Deloitte Blockchain Lab, Business in the Community, Jobcare, Fighting Words, Dublin Contemporary, European Centre for Latin America, BBC, RTÉ, International Creative Management, CAA and Revolution Films.
Tully holds a master’s degree in education (TCD) and a bachelor’s degree in drama and theatre studies (University of London, Royal Holloway), as well as a certificate in youth arts (NUI Maynooth) and CELTA certificate (Centre for English Studies, Dublin). She is currently a visiting research associate with the School of Physics, TCD.
